News: Sireena to reissue 2nd and 3rd Octopus albums

Since we just received a comment regarding "An Ocean of Rocks" (as in it's too bad it hasn't been reissued), I thought it would be worth mentioning that it and the 3rd (not an album I've heard anyone clamoring for) are indeed coming out soon (scheduled for next February) on Sireena, the same label that released "A Boat of Thoughts" in 2009.

And while I'm here, might as well let everyone know that Sireena's issue of the Curt Cress Clan was delayed multiple times, but that it did finally get released this month.

News: Sireena delays Circus' debut album. Look for new Sky reissues

Sireena has delayed the reissue of the first Circus album to an undetermined future date. That certainly doesn't sound promising.

In the meantime look for a Uli Trepte compilation archive as well as some more Sky albums from Harlis, Bullfrog, Octopus and Breakfast.

News: Sireena to begin reissuing albums from Sky Records!

It was bound to happen sooner or later, but it looks like the very German label Sireena (that is to say, they don't bother describing anything in English) have begun to license the more progressive rock leaning albums from the classic post Brain label, Sky Records.

In the next couple of months look for Octopus' classic "The Boat of Thoughts", both Shaa Khan albums, Bullfrog's "High in Spirits", and the Harlis album.

UMR review of Shaa Khan

Perhaps Sireena will be the label that finally penetrates the Schneeball label?
